SOUND THERAPY

Sound therapy is a holistic healing modality that utilizes various auditory stimuli, such as music, vibrations, or specific frequencies, to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.

What is sound therapy you may ask?

There is no remembrance of a melody which can trigger emotions with gong. There are always different structures of vibrations and frequencies interacting together with the participants, the room, and the environment’s frequencies and vibrations. Never the same. The Sound Healing Way is a concept of silence, build and release and melodious techniques that enable the mind to feel safe to choose theta brain waves, allowing the body to easily go into a meditative state. The vibrations blanket the body stimulating and massaging molecular structures allowing the body to absorb frequencies, which are nutritious, and repairing energy needed for cell health. Toxins are released and create a body that is returned to harmonious and natural states…
While there are a couple of theories of sound healing, the predominant one is brain entrainment, the rhythm wave pattern of the external instrument ( often in the form of sound) can induce specific brainwave patterns in an individual.

The instruments used in a group or private session are the following:

My instruments came to me through an extended period of years. I work with Gongs, Rain sticks, ocean drums, Tuning Forks such as Charka set & Archangel, and Mircuba shaped Crystal Pyramid. Tibetan bowls as well as 9 Quartz Crystal bowls of a frequency of 432 HZ. Also I have a very special set of 7 Alchemy Singing bowls. Singing bowls have a frequency range anywhere between 110 Hz and 660 Hz but can reach up to the 800s. Generally, Hz readings for singing bowls are approximate due to the complexity of their sounds and changing frequencies as they switch between different tones and octaves. Gongs vibrations work with the Theta brainwave as well as go directly into the body. Working with the water in the body to wash and rebalance in organs, bone, skin and cells as indicated above.

As well as relaxing the mind and body, sound therapy can break through blocks in the body, such as stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, sleep problems, pain, and even autism. Sound therapy has also been beneficial in treating these diseases. What are the benefits of sound healing for mental health? used throughout history to create positive effects on our mood and as a form of therapy to heal the body, mind, and spirit. Many people find that after practicing sound healing techniques, they experience an increase in energy, improved mental clarity, increased creativity, and better relationships.

According to proponents of Solfeggio Frequencies, each tone corresponds to specific sound waves that have a unique effect on the human body, mind, and spirit.
